The Lady Commodores head to Tallahassee, FL for the FCSAA/NJCAA Region 8 WXC Championship
The Lady Commodores are on their way to Tallahassee, FL, to get ready for the FCSAA/NJCAA Region 8 Cross Country Championship tomorrow at 9 AM EST.
They will be competing against teams from College of Central Florida, Daytona State College, Florida Gateway College, Florida State College-Jacksonville, Lake-Sumter State College, Pasco-Hernando State College, Pensacola State College, South Florida State College, and Tallahassee State College.
In their last 5k race at the FSU Invite, the Lady Commodores finished with a total time of 1:49.44, beating Tallahassee State (2:03.33) and Chipola College (2:35.15). At the Gulf Coast State College Invite, they won again with a time of 1:51.12, defeating Tallahassee State (2:07.19), Pensacola State (2:10.06), and Chipola College (2:45.00).
