Gulf Coast State College Women's Cross Country Team Begins Inaugural Season
The 2024-25 season marks an exciting beginning for the Lady Commodores Women's Cross Country team. They will start their very first season on August 30th at the Foothills Invitational in Oxford, Alabama.
Head Coach Tom Dever has worked hard to build a strong team by recruiting talented runners right from the Florida panhandle. Out of the twelve runners on the team, eleven are graduates from local high schools including Arnold High School, Bay High, Bay Virtual, Bozeman, Freeport, North Bay Haven, Mosley, and Port St. Joe.
Coach Dever and the Lady ‘Dores will host the Gulf Coast Invite on October 3rd at Majette Park at 4pm.

First Race: August 30, 2024
The Lady Commodores are proudly wearing the GC on their jerseys as they kick off their very first race at the Foothills Invitational in Oxford, Alabama. The race is set to start today, August 30th at 6:15 p.m.
