
Lady Commodores earn First win of inaugural season at Gulf Coast State College Invite
The Lady Commodores Cross Country team earned their first win of the season at the Gulf Coast State College Invite. The team finished strong, placing seven runners in the top 10! The Lady Commodores defeated Tallahassee State, Pensacola State, and Enterprise State
Adriana Cruz-Betancourth led the pack and took first place with an impressive time of 21:49.57. Close behind her was Emily Hull, who came in second place with a time of 21:57.13. Katelynne James ran hard to grab third place, finishing with a time of 22:10.57.
Keiley Hickman finished in fourth place with a time of 22:34.10, while Jaden Ferrell followed right after in fifth place with a time of 22:40.92. Bailey Martinek crossed the line in sixth place with a time of 22:46.16. Finally, rounding out the top 10 was Hannah DaCosta, who finished in ninth place with a time of 23:31.76.
Other runners also had strong finishes. LeMay Sullivan completed the race in 23:51.89, Madison McMillan finished with a time of 24:40.87, Vivian Patterson crossed the line in 24:47.91, and Jaila Hall finished with a time of 26:58.61.
