Lady Commodores finish strong at FSU Invite, leading NJCAA participants
The Lady Commodores cross country team participated in the FSU Invite in Tallahassee, FL, where they competed against some of the best teams in the country. They stood out among NJCAA participants, with impressive performances all around. Leading the team was Adriana Cruz-Betancourth, who had a strong performance after her first-place finish last week. She completed the race with a time of 21:26.4. Adriana improved her time by 23.17 seconds from last week's 5K race!
Close behind was Emily Hull, who finished 108th with a time of 21:29.7. Katelynne James also had a great run, finishing in 118th place with a time of 22:03.3.
