Panama City, FL- The #7 Lady Commodores finish their 2024 regular conference season 14-0 and Sun-Lakes Conference Champions! They defeated Indian River St. today in three sets 25-20, 25-9, 25-22.
Freshmen Danna Aguilera and Skylar Johnston, along with sophomores Cece Worsham and Morgan Langley, played a big role in the win. Aguilera had 14 kills and made 13 digs, and Johnston added 11 kills and 3 blocks. Worsham helped with 7 kills and 3 digs, while Langley had 15 digs and served 1 ace.
The Lady Commodores made history today by becoming the first team in the Sun-Lakes Conference to go undefeated in the entire conference season! They were nearly unstoppable, losing only one set throughout conference play, which was against St. Johns River.
Their last game of the regular season is set for Tuesday, October 29th at 5pm vs. Enterprise St. in the Billy Harrison Fieldhouse.
